Restaurant and Pool Kiosk

Restaurant Hours
Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00
Lunch: 12:30 – 13:30
Dinner: 19:00 – 20:30

Pool Kiosk
The pool kiosk is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted. All purchases must be charged to your room by presenting your room card.

Swimming Pools and Relaxation Area

Swimming Pools
Open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.

Waterslide
Open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

Jacuzzi
Available from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

Elevated Relaxation Area
The terrace with jacuzzi at 34°C is accessible from 12 years of age.

Pool Rules
It is strictly forbidden to reserve pool loungers.
Any towels left to reserve sunbeds will be removed by the staff.

Beach Service and Beach Towels

Beach Service
The beach service is free of charge. Please request your umbrella number and 2 sunbeds at the Reception.
For additional chairs or loungers, please ask the beach staff about availability and costs.

Beach Towels
The hotel provides one beach towel per guest.
To collect it, please hand over the special towel cards received at check-in to the Reception.
Towels can be exchanged once per day.
In case of lost towels, a fee of €20 per towel will be charged.

Mini Club and Games Room

Mini Club
Open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
The daily entertainment program is posted in the hotel lobby.

Indoor Games Room
The indoor games room is located at Hotel Lido and is open from 08:00 to 22:00.

Please request the key at the Reception to unlock the padlock.

Room Card, Access and Parking

Room Card
Your room card grants access to the swimming pools and garage.
It is also needed to open the hotel’s main entrance door after midnight.

Parking
Please display the parking pass provided upon arrival on your car dashboard.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the parking space by 10:30.

Reception and Telephone

Reception
To contact the Reception, dial 9 from your room phone, also for emergency night calls.

Room Telephone
To make an external call, dial 0 first.
To set a wake-up call, dial 742, then enter the time in hours and minutes.

Check-out

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00.
